Denny's at 110 McHenry Avenue, Modesto, California.

Where do I start?
Well, two women both where in the restaurant with small dogs (one dog in a stroller other walking on the dirty carpet). These were not service dogs & I do not understand why they were allowed in the restaurant. Wife ordered nachos. The chips were burnt/over cooked and the meat was cold. There was blue lipstick on my water glass (that was all I ordered after seeing the dogs inside). My son was happy with his pancakes. They did take the nachos off the bill after the cook gave the waitress a look like, "hey, that's the way it is."

Had to walk out sat for 15 mins didnt even gey offered water!
