Don't get me wrong, Cold Stone is delicious, but this location is junk. First we were greeted by seizure-inducing flickering lights and sticky, dirty floors. If I didn't have my free Birthday Coupon, I would have been tempted to get my "sweet treat fix" else where. But having the promise of free ice cream, I persevered. After ordering (and mentioning my Coupon) I went to pay but the girl refused my coupon stating that the owner would only accept printed coupons, even though it doesn't say that anywhere on the actual Coupon. I was pretty ticked I had to pay for my free ice cream. And on top of that, the girl didn't even put my brownie in the ice cream! It's been a pretty traumatic day... thanks a lot Cold Stone, your broken promises ruined my birthday!
