Jeffery Accident & Injury Clinic at 200 Auto Center Court, Modesto, California.

I saw this office for headaches and tightness in my neck and shoulders. My first appointment was ok, though I found it weird that he massaged very low on my stomach to help my lower back. My second appointment an assisstant did a bunch of voo doo type moves on my back, arms, legs and feet. She then took my arm, pushed on my should and rotated it around and caused a horrible pain. Then Dr Jeffery rubbed my head to supposedly help with my headaches, and I ended up with a bunch of my hair broken off. I left there feeling awful. My right shoulder stil hurts 6 weeks later and still has limited function. I called Dr. Jeffrey a few weeks later to tell him about my shoulder and he laughed and offered me another appointment. I think the assisstant is doing things that she is not qualified to do. And during my appointment I watched Dr. Jeffrey and the assisstants and they do not wash their hand in between patients. Would never recommend them to anyone.

My medical help and treatment were excellent. The customer service from the girl at the front desk sucked. She seemed lazy and not very bright, she acted like she was doing me a favor, not like I was a paying customer ...
